Used L48

Hello all,
I am looking at buying a used L48: 760 hours, 2002 model, quick attach loader bucket, front hydro couplers and fair tires. the asking price is 26k is this a reasonable price? I would have to have it shipped from MN to Montana. Those of you with 48's is there a magic hour # for hydro motor replacement etc.?

P.S. Please let me know if anyone is aware of a L48 or L39 for sale new or used.

I noticed the one you are looking at is listed here so you may of seen the others in the list as well. Price doesn't seem to bad. Obviously it would be nice to be able to inspect it and run it a little before you purchase. Seems like these days you can always find what your are looking for half way around the country but these are tough purchases to make long distance.

Without seeing it firsthand, I would think about what repairs might be needed (unknown) and shipping costs.

Add these items to the price and see if you can find a local machine for the total of these costs.
