With the side plates on the bucket, I concur, HD. NICE buy!
I've been watching for an 85" HD for my JD640 loader, thought I found a deal on machinefinder, ($500) but it was sold and dealer had not deleted the post.
Yeah I found a nice non-HD 73" bucket on there as well, for 300 IIRC but it was sold when I called them.
I agree the side plates look like a HD, but the top would have to be double walled to be HD. from the pics it's hard to tell. It is not high volume.
Double wall makes it very tuff.
Good price for sure, couple of rods and a couple of cans of paint don't cost much.
You can see the double wall here and what it's capable of

Yeah the side plates were the first indication that it was HD, along with the cutting edge (looks thicker, and protrudes out the sides more then the non-HD). Hard to tell on the top double wall, I was looking for that as well because I have the 5' HD bucket which has this double wall as well.
The HD bucket was not what I was looking for at first, but after some research I do think it will work well for me. And as an added bonus, should have a MUCH better resale value if I ever sell it. I am glad I held out for a better deal! I will post more detailed photos of the damage after I pick it up this weekend, probably in the welding forum.
