USED 4610

I have found a 2003 used 4610 with a power reverser. It has a 460 FEL. It has 50+/- hours and has been traded back to the original dealer for a larger tractor. It was bought in Nov '03 and on a scale 1-10 is a 10. I ask the dealer to add a 2072 Frontier BB with a Top/Tilt kit and the hydraulics,valves, etc. and a canopy. He came back with a price $22900. He also stated he would give me a full warranty as if it was a new tractor purchase. Can anyone comment on whether this is a fair price. Any pros and cons on buying used? This will be my first tractor purchase. Any advice will be certainly be appreciated!

This can hardly be labelled as ''used'' , hasnt even been serviced once. No pros and cons here, the only thing that matters is how much you save, I am positive you can find some thread on this. Use the SEARCH button and type 4610 , JD buying/pricing forum.

I bought mine "new" at 50 hours. After we struck a deal, I pointed out that at 50 hours, I expected the 50 hour service to be already done. The salesman agreed and put it in the contract. You might want to include this in yours as well, should you decide to buy it.
