USED 2445

Power trac has a very clean 2445 with backhoe & a few attachments listed for $12,000.00. Looks like a fair price, what do you guys think??

I called Kristi at power-trac and got the following info on the 2445:

Model year- 1998
Hours- 698
customer always had the service done at power-trac. ( terry knows the service history )
Kristi said the machine was well maintained and looking at the pictures it looks to be in good shape. The price caught my eye, but it's a much bigger machine than what I need for my use.
