Upgrade time - Confused on 2320 or Kubota B3030

Hi guys,

I really appreciate all the advice so far. I pulled into the JD dealer this morning and took another look at the 2320 / 2520. It was the perfect sight a 2305 beside a 2320 beside a 2520. The 2520 appears to be a bit bigger due to bigger tires but I have to keep in mind that I need a lawnmower here as well so I do think the 2320 is the one for me. I just dont want to be in the same boat again in the future.

As for the Kubota ideal I think that is fading fast for me. My father and I have both only ever owned John Deere and other than a bad rim on one of the past 4 tractors between both of us we've had excellent luck with them.

I was trying to make almost the same decision as you a bit over a month ago. I, too, thought that I'd wind up with a Deere -- after all, I really like my JD 325 lawn tractor. And I was quite impressed when I test drove the 2320 and the 2520.

Bottom line -- at the end of the day, I wound up going with the Kubota B3030. It was really for a variety of reasons (cost, value, dealer, my unique needs, etc...). I was VERY close to purchasing a JD 2520, but in the end I got a B3030. I've been happy with it so far. I'm sure I would've been thrilled with a 2520 also.
