The 4 blades per spindle, will slow down the bld tip speed, but if you have the HP, just bump it up a notch. If the blades are balanced, bearings should be able to handle the extra load.

HP doesn't seem too strained. After hearing the wisdom here I don't think it would be a good idea for hogging but I'm willing to try it for maintenance mowing. Seems with four sharper blades it might behave more like a finish mower. More mulching action as well...
