Underground Eave Downspout Drainage

If I had that set up, I would run a line from that back corner of the house, to basically where you’re standing to take that picture. Picking up both downspouts, running to daylight.

Going under the concrete would be the biggest challenge, but not impossible.

I've saw a diverter valve mounted just above ground level where the downspout goes into the tile. Flip the handle to divert the water above ground. Flip the handle to dump into the drain tile.

I was looking for a more passive solution for if something happens with the drain pipe (i.e. freezing, clogging, overwhelmed).

Looking over the grade again, unless I'm getting into a very big ditching project, it doesn't look like I have enough slope to drain to daylight, so I may be stick drainage on top of the grade, or a drywell (which I don't have much faith in).

Design an air gap in the vertical downspout. It would allow water to escape if the tile plugged.
