I have the Denso program on my home computer & it matches THE PUMP TO THE INJECTORS..
The EASIEST WAY for me to answer your question is to have the injection pump #..
Just like watt did..
IF your pump # is THE SAME.. the previous info is also..
IF NOT, just post your pump #..
Oh okay, unfortunatly my pumps are not in as good a condition so the lettering is not quite as clear, I have a spare engine to salvage bits from so here are some picture of both pumps, I will be interested to see if they are interchangable to the injectors, as both engines are K3B but the engine numbers a quite far apart.
Hi in my country denso is not avaliable. They sad that the foloving are the same:
- monark 39305014 (curently instaled)
- bosch 0434250014
- bosch 9430037212
- bosch 9432610012
I have ordered bosch 0434250014 but i noticed that are made in India and they do not work bether than the old ones.
I have set the pressure 125 bars (1800psi) it those not spray it looks more like when you open tap water.
Is the nozzle incorect or is problem that are made in india and not originale german quality?
The Bosch 014 noz are a direct cross to the Denso 0010 noz..
"SOME" noz from India, DO NEED to be "reworked" before they will atomize correctly..
Its not uncommon..
Unfortunately, you probably paid more for the Bosch noz than the Denso actually cost.. list price on the Denso noz are $14.00 US/each.
When I put in new nozzles, the inj assembly is put on a "pop tester" & checked for opening pressure, correct atomization & leakage.
When the atomization isn't correct, the tip is removed & the pintle{center piece} is removed & "lapped in" to the body using 38-1200 lapping compound,
its cleaned & reassembled & the whole process is tried again..
I have lapped the nozzles. One old noz works better the other is the same. New nozzles one much better the other like old on that is better. But non of the nozzles pops. When i slowly increase preasure oll nozzles drip, but when i pump faster one of new and one old spray olmost OK.
They're actually "throttling pintle" nozzles..
they aren't made to POP.. as long as the hold pressure at 200 psi BELOW opening pressure, no drips, its good.
Now the spray pattern is a diff story.. its checked at a full stroke & should be a nice conformed cone shape..
