That CAT does the job. At the last of the video, when you attempted to push over several trees at once, did the camera fall to the bottom of the cab?:D Thoroughly enjoyed the video.

Yeah it did, it was my phone I had it resting in the windshield frame, otherwise the vidieo would have been a bit longer.

Looks to me that everyone of those trees was precut...........Previous attempts to fall them failed by the scars on the trees. correct ? I own and operate daily a large assortment of Heavy equipment including a 450D Deere Excavator and yes it can push things over very easily but for sure those were precut trees.....Trees snap under pressure most of the time, rarely do they just push over like in the video at least the tree in my neck of the woods......your thoughts ?

PAfarmer, I don't own a big ex anymore but do have a little one. I allways dig around the root then push, they fall easily and I remove everything at once.

Trust me not a one was precut, the scars are from old fence lines being removed, some rolled out some snapped, its not much effort to deal with smaller trees like that with an 80.000lb machine.

tree's in Pa. will not push that easy , deep rooted. they need to be worked around the root first ot precut.......If i just push like you did they would snap and hit me and my machine. Widow makers...I" beleive you and all , just an observation from the east coast.

We've got red clay here in Ga. and I had a JD 450 track loader and I pushed many pine trees over with no problem, some oaks as well..they went over just like diggers video and they were not precut...the hard time comes if someone has cut the tree and left only a small stump..then it is dig time and I hated that..
