Make sure #16 moves freely, make sure the Throw Out Bearing moves freely

They both move fine. Sticking doesn’t seem to be the problem.

Had my FL45 since about september of this year. Maybe 40-50 hours total on the machine, grading an 8ft wide road onto a hillside at about 10% slope. i've been using the clutch heavily since it's 95% hillside work. seems just today to have started this problem. My first thought was the clutch must be slipping, although I don't smell the usual burnt clutch smell I would expect from a manual car transmission. I've been trying to find details on the clutch housing and plates and looking for an online source for replacement plates of the correct size. Really appreciate that photo posted earlier. I was able to get an instruction manual for both the engine and machinery. Engine is a Rota 739cc and the manual has about 30 pages and decent maintenance detail. The FL45 user manual is 4 pages long without much more useful statements that "check for wear and replace parts as needed".
