What about when the log rolls off? Then it's going to crush the fender.

This would be a concern. I would have to think of something to mitigate this for a sideways unload.

With a winch and some snatch block it would be easy to winch them off of the back. Winch at the front, snatch block at the back and attach cable at the front of log.

Another decent idea. Hey, it's why I asked. Causes all kinds of brain machinations. These are all worthy ideas worth trying.

All off at once did not cross my mind so thanks for that Chris. I am pretty much aware of the weight thing but it was well to mention it anyway . 7000 lbs can be gotten to right quick with just a few fat stems.
Do you have a steel or wooden floor on yours?

I use 6x6's which are higher than my fenders, and extend them a few inches out beyond my fenders...

They never touch the fenders...

BTW, with them beyond the fenders, they are easy to strap down, to the frame...

I like the round post rollers cross ways, pull the whole bundle off at once combination of ideas, if it was me.
