Trailering a 1700

   / Trailering a 1700 #11  
Hauling it in the bed of a truck would be a better option than a single axle trailer. The weight would be more distributed over the trucks drive.brake axle.. and not making the front end light. I've hauled palets of sod in the back of my truck that felt better than an overloaded or wrongly loaded single axle trailer..

Just brought home the new F18D on the car hauler. The Grapevine kept me pumping the brakes on the Yukon. I posted on this old thread to reiterate the necessity and requirements of trailer brakes (in California anyway) My dad lives in South Ga., there sure aren't many hills. Gnats sure are a problem though!!!!

I hauled once without trailer brakes... whiteknuckled the whole time.. never do that again if I can help it.
