Pink tires? Now there is an idea

To built them for sale I would go with plain steel and had it powder coated. I don't like welding the galvanized stuff.

The hitch looks like this, and with the rubber bushing it pulls quietly and allows for leaning in corners too.

the trailer looks great, the only change I might suggest is fenders to cover the top and the inside of the wheels, that way stuff wont get stuck in the spokes and you wont get splattered as much if it is wet out.
