I use a HF quick hitch, on the hook i tool a cut off wheel and cut about 3/8 on the inside of the hook, it will work with any adapters
for the top link, on the bottom i took 1/4X1 strap and bent it around a 1 od bar then welded it into the bottom hooks, you
don't need to buy any adapters to slide over your pens,

Has anyone tried this with a land plane by chance? I have a LP GS2572 and love the tool but it's my least favorite to hook up.

Is that a newer tool? It's probably Quick Hitch compatible then, and if so, it'll be great.

Tried those, didn't flip my skirt much. Once i went to Pat's Quick connect system never looked back.

Another vote for Pat's quick hitch, I have two sets. One for my x758 and one for my 4075R. Some of my attachments aren't quick hitch compatible, so the Pat's works just fine. Made some top link extenders for Pat's
