Grounds in wet environments are always a good 'first' place to check.
A weak ground can show voltage or continuity but simply can not handle higher amperages.
Clean metal to metal bonding is an absolute must.

I have a 2014 new holland boomer 24. When I go to start tractor there is nothing....no lights, no clicking, nothing. Tractor is completely dead. I have bought a new ignition switch and replaced the battery. The wiring harness has juice as we tested that. Dont know what else it could be....someone please HELP....I'm desperate to get this tractor going asap as I need it to feed my horses.

I'm going through the exact same thing with my Jinma 284. Sorry!

yo;u guys must have a lot of money just replacing all the parts etc.
and not checking to see what is actually wrong.
Read the other posts about dead tractors.
If all else fails I can loan you my shovel
