Should I use one such valve for two actuators? Because I don't know how to install two such valves

I am going out on a limb here but I'm assuming you are using 2 cylinders off one control valve and they are plumbed in a cross pattern. One line goes to the base of one cylinder and the same line also goes to the rod end of the other cylinder.
One double check could be plumbed into such a system prior to teeing the lines off.

Then you would still have the elasticity of the lines connecting the two cylinders. Check valves should be mounted on each cylinder with steel lines to make them as stiff as possible. What happens AFTER the check valves is irrelevant, you can use hoses to connect both checkvalves to the main control valve.

Two checks with one on each cylinder would be best, but one will still make a considerable difference because all lines will have back pressure and any line elasticity should be minimal.

...either way, i would first consider mechanical play and elasticity on your main pivot and swing cylinders before blowing money on hydraulic tightness, trying to get the sophistication of an excavator on a simple backhoe.

The solution is geometrical. You have to get as close as possible with your positions in order to get smooth movement. Block valves can only make it jumpy because these cylinders (as LouNY said) are connected in a cross pattern. Simply draw circles on your points of rotation and they will show you exactly what happens at which point
