I have been thinking of making a set of forks for my tph. Is there any drawbacks to this? would I be able to life a pallet of fire wood? or should I just let this idea slide away? No I do not have a fel would I like one yes but she says not for awhile.

I use mine to move firewood pallets. One thing I can tell you is hydraulic top and tilt make this job much easier than mehanical. Attached are photos of mine.

Here are some more of the 3pt pallet forks 8561 just mentioned. The design is a beefed up one based on a set of plans I have for a 3pt carryall. The frame and forks are 2" x 3" x 3/16" rectangular tubing and the bottom cross member is 6" x 2" x 1/8". The pin brackets ar 3" x 3/8" flat bar. This design will carry 1500 lbs and probably more.
