towing a 3039h

I have a 3039h dead in the field with a fuel delivery (i think) issue. Local tow trucks/flat bed won't take a chance on getting out there even though I can drive on the cultivated soil with my f150. I have checked the manual but I couldn't find information on towing a hydrostatic drive tractor. If i have the selector in N would I be okay to tow it with my truck for about 300 yards to a location where the flat bed can load it? Thanks for any advice.

I believe if your machine has a neutral it is ok to tow the tractor short distances while the gear is in neutral.

If you have 4WD be sure to disengage it You only want 2WD to be safe. . Then Neutral as mentioned.
