Tough Terrain Tractor

I got an email from a friend with a link to a youtube segment on a JD walking tractor. I've never posted a link before, so this may not work, but this should be it. YouTube - john deere walking tractor II

That doesn't look right, but try going to youtube and searching for walking tractor if it isn't. It's the perfect solution for you guys looking for something to use in steep wooded areas.

I don't know, it's a little small, and I'm not a big fan of the "economy version".

This has been kicking around for quite a while, even on TBN. It was designed for use a forestry feller-buncher for tree harvesting. I think Timberjack is a Swedish subsidiary of JD. It looks really cool but I don't think JD is pursuing it any more. FYI, there is lots of almost as cool stuff currently being sold by JD if you go their corporate website and choose forestry. Some of the tracked fellerbunchers are pretty amazing.
