Jinma 304
Hello All,
On a previous post I mentioned that When I connected my Gannon to the Rear of my Jinma 300, it did not tilt forward enough to engage my scarifyers (SP?)
Does anyone now what length I should purchase and who would be a good source?
Thanks all,
Rick

16 inch tube is standard. 11 and 12 inch are also available.

With Pat's Easy Change, I had to buy a longer top link shaft and I bought it from TSC.

Rob,
Yes they extend down just a small amount lower. On my old Ford 650, I would shorten up the top link (it was also adjustable) and could tilt it to where the scarifyers were very aggressive, like go into the ground 5 or 6 inches. This is what I would like to do with the Jinma
Thanks
Rick

Rick, I was wondering because my scarifiers hang well below the boxblade when full down. So I don't have to tilt forward that much. Here's a picture of the new length scarifiers I use.

Also, if you look at the lower lift arm, on the end is Pat's EZ change system instead of the the ball joint. Use them to drive under the lift pins on your attachment and then lift up the 3pt to engage the pins. Works slick.

Rick,
Here's another view of Pat's EZ change system that fits on the end of you lower lift arms. It ends up setting the implement back about 2½". If you think you like that, being able to change your implements easily, then you wouldn't have to get a shorter top link.

Rob or anyone else that may know:
Do you recommend Pat's EZ attachment?
Will it work with my Jinma?
Thanks,
Rick

If you're only attaching one or two implements - especially light ones - it will take a long time to amortize the investment. I've got to switch regularly among six very different implements, and wouldn't be without mine.

It also cured my PTO broadcast spreader problem. I never could find a toplink short enough for the spreader to ride level, but a Cat II PEC system added 4" to the lower lift arms. Problem solved.
