Mowbizz, on the photos you posted I saw that you drilled the wholes in your bucket as far as possible from the front. Would'nt have been better to make the wholes closer from the front so just by loosing the bolts you could pull the bar and lift it up so you can use the bucket straight edge?

I drilled mine at the front of the slot, some one here in another thread came up with that idea. Just loosen the bolts and fold it back in the bucket, have not tried it yet but seems like a good idea. Mine did not fit flat either.

My tooth bar fits so well (It's a Markham) that sliding it out to flip it up sounds good, but I don't think I could get it to slide straight out to flip it. It usually takes a bit of persuasion to get it to slide in, once I have done a bit of digging, it takes a whole bunch of persuasion to get it out.

My tooth bar does have a slight smile to it so that may contribute to it being so tight.
I like the theory, but I drilled my holes at the rear of the slot before I found it. I would like to hear from anybody that does actually flip their bar.
