I have a kubota L3710 with 66 inch LA681 loader. Would appreciate information on building a tooth bar. I know Carver will make tooth bars for the loader. I have also thought about using a bob-cat tooth bar for a 66 inch loader - price $375 with 7 or 8 teeth. Any other suggestions?

Mike D,

I added a tooth bar, made by Woods,to my loader. They come in several sizes and the dealer cuts and rewelds to a size for your bucket. The unit bolts on in two places and has replacable teeth. The cost was in the $350 range. Glad I got it.

The bucket on my loader is only 38" wide. I've been looking for a toothbar but all that I've found seem to be for larger buckets just cut down to a 38" width. The teeth for the larger buckets are almost 5" long - almost 1/3 the depth of my bucket.

Does anyone know if there is a tooth bar (preferrably bolt - on) made for smaller buckets - where the teeth don't end up looking like hay forks?

Thanks

Bill

When I bought my BX2200 couple months ago, the Dealer installed one on my FEL.It's a bolt on and works great.
Cost $285 installed. I also had them weld on 2 hooks on top of the bucket which woorks great also....Hope this helps
