Toolcat 5600 tracking issues

Does it always drift in the same direction, or does the direction of the drift vary?

My thought is that you should try checking your steering selector valves on the back of the machine underneath the dump bed. To me it sounds like one of your valves may be stuck open allowing Hydraulic pressure to be applied to one side of the back steering cylinder.

The steering selector valve block is mounted just above and foreward of the back steering cylinder and is best accessed from above the machine. It has three valves(middle one is a relief valve) and a solanoid for each valve. When in 2 wheel steering mode, fluid flows to this valve but then is diverted back to tank. Once you switch to 4 wheel steering mode, it actuates these three valves, and fluid can flow to back cylinder. Without any testing, my thought is that one of these valves is stuck open, therefore fluid pressure is always being applied to one side of the rear cylinder even when you are only in 2 wheel steer mode.

Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss further.
