Tool box on a John Deere 2305

I know this is probably posted in the wrong area, so please move it if someone can. But my question is has someone mounted a tool box on a JD 2305?? i have been finding myself away from the barn and having to walk back and get something that i need. any help or luck with this? if so can i see some pics!!! thanks guys

Do you have a container (thermos) on your ROPS? I find this is a great place to store a few tools in a roll pouch.

Army surplus ammo can.

Davkir how did you mount that ammo can on there I like!!! And yes I do have the thermos looking thing on there. That's where my owners manual was

It's pretty easy, but I can take a better picture if needed.

I used a u-bolt from the local hardware store with a piece of heat shrink tubing to protect the paint.
I made a spacer to go between the ROPS and the ammo can to allow the lid to open.
If I remember correctly, I glued a small piece of rubber on the bottom of the can and it sits on two bolt heads that hold the ROPS on.

PS: I get very inexpensive ammo cans at gun shows and they have watertight lids.
