Tomatoes Not Growing

Here are two tubs that ripened in a week. The smaller ones are from tomatoes in pots on my deck, the larger ones are another tub from the plants next to my barn. I accidentally got a few green ones.

I was shocked, shocked I say, that we got any Tomatoes at all this year. Some nice warm daytime temperatures and covering them with vapour barrier seemed to make all the difference.

Nice batch. Say what kind of dog is that? I used to have one that looked something like that, from what i can tell. :laughing:

She is a Red Heeler. A little bit of something a little smaller mixed in but she acts completely like a heeler.

Our Blue Heeler is pretty big. Your girl looks just the right size.

We are getting another bountiful crop of tomatoes. But still lots of green ones on the vine. Not sure how many more we will be able to ripen on the vine. This week could be our last of somewhat warm sun filled days for this season.

Lots of peppers ripening but we do most of those in the greenhouse. The tomato plants in the greenhouse are much further along I am sure because of the warmer nights.

^^^ I have been letting some of my larger tomatoes ripen in the house once they get a little past pink due to my late start and our cool late summer. Plus one of my tomato patches is remote so I pick in advance what would ripen between visits. The 2 inch and under varieties are ripening fine on the plant.
