Not familiar with your tractor but I believe it has a lot of electronic controls. Check all the connectors for circuits that control transmisson engagement. Open them up and look for corrosion on the contacts. Make sure they are connected fully, etc. make sure yur chasis grounds are tight, clean and bright. Check wires for breals chaffing etc.
