Forks Titan Attachments customer service

I bought a set of pallet forks from them and was told they would come in 2 deliveries and the tines arrived first and the frame arrived a day later and everything fit so they sometimes get it right. They also were on sale and got them for $200 off!!

Wish that was the case.
These were half off. Supposedly the frame will be here Monday.

Not a single response to my request for a refund. Just email after email about “how did we do?”

Every customer service name is foreign.

Make me think they have farmed customer service out to India or something.

Oh it's not something else, it's that exactly. Pretty much how everybody else farmed out cust service...to India and Philippines primarily from what I notice.
