I have a spare set of front wheels for a B21. The tractor has Industrial tires all the way around now. Could I put Agricultural tires on the spare front wheels to use in the mud? The industrial front tires on it now are about 50% tread and the rears 99%, so the gearing ratios are not exactly even now. I have gravel and dirt ( soon to be mud ) only, no pavement.

Compare the circumferences of the tires that belong on the tractor with those that are on the tractor. Do the same with those that you intend to purchase. I believe that the rule of thumb is a 10% differential is allowable as long as there is slippage available.... i.e... using on turf, dirt, or snow. The circumference only comes into play when you are in 4 wheel drive, so I don't see how you can get into trouble if you keep the proper circumference the same...
