Hey guys

This may be a little OT but I'm hoping someone knows the answer.

I have a small Ditch Witch; has 33-8.5x12 (I think that's the correct order; didn't write it down) :( tires that are showing 10 psi when I check them. It's been sitting a coupla years since last use & I need to use it next week; I'd like to have the proper pressure in the tires (naturally)

Thanks!

10-15 psi should be fine, and if the seem to be too soft, add a bit more. The sidewall should state a max pressure.

Thanks; I thought the pressure should be on the sidewall but I can't find it. These are regular "farm tractor type" tread (like V shapes) so I should be looking at different sides of the tires viewing right or left (IOW shouldn't be "hidden" on the back side).

Thanks again!

Lew,

Most ag treads on compact machines like to have 10-15 PSI as stated by beenthere - if overinflated they will not work as intended.

If the sidewall crumples when driving add air until you have the bar treads on the edge are touching a solid surface.

Thanks Carl; sounds good. These tires look pretty rotten but since i VERY seldom use it I don't want to over-inflate them; might "pop."
