Hey anybody out there can expalain on how to add pressure to a tire that is low?
It really sounds stupid but it is a liquid filled tire and I though I could get my compressor out and bring it up to normal with that.

When I uncrewed the valve stem cap, and began to put pressure in the tire, liquid began squirting out and I had to put the valvr stem cap back on.

What gives? I know this cant be that difficult. It is a tractor I inherited so I am new to this.

Thanks in advance

The tire should have only about 75% fluid, so check the air pressure with the valve stem positioned above the fluid line from about the 10:00-2:00 position.

It sounds as if you have a bad valve core. Even with the valve stem at the bottom, the core should not leak with the valve cap removed. So, personally, I'd jack it up to take the load off that tire, rotate it so the valve stem is at the top (12 o'clock position), then remove the valve core and replace it. Then add the air to it.
