Tires Tire Clearance

Ever since I put sway chains on my 3ph, none of my implements have hit the rear tires. Prior to the sway chains my finish mower was constantly either hitting the tires or actually getting stuck up against them during transport. Also, my rotary cutter, which I got from Wayne at LMTC has the pins turned to the inside, which may also help.
