I can get a 4 link chain for my tires for about $150 delivered. I can also find the 2 link chains for $325.

Is there a big difference between 2 and 4 link? I would rather spend the money rather than waste it on a 4 link and later having to buy the 2 link.

My application is snow and and in some hilly sloppy/muddy areas. I am using turf tires that are loaded.

I prefer the 2 link-but I think my cost difference was around 50%. I think they give more traction evenly, with less wheel slip. The 2 link designs also ride more smoothly, as you always have 2-3 links on the ground.

Hard to say if they are worth the difference to you-that is a large increase in price. Have you tries Tirechains.com? That is whrer I bought my chains.

Tirechains.com is where I can get the 2 links for 325. I can't find any other sites that carry 2 link.
