If you can get a jack under the bucket, you can raise it by hand, then figure out a way to strap it into the position that works for you.

Lol…I saw a thread about ghost stories in another website that went on for years.

Always good to have ideas & conversations; I just didn’t want to waste anyone’s time.

I have it happen often. The PTO lever is off, but the switch isn't quite in the right position.

If you had read further you would see that I answered my own question.
Mine does the same, it's only an adjustment needed. I however intend to leave mine this way, it's cheap theft insurance because the lever appears in the correct position. All I have to do is put my hand on the lever and push back lightly and it allows the ignition key to work.
