Got a tit trailer with a latch (lock) and hydraulic valve. I think the trailer got loaded with the hydraulic valve in the closed position. I can open the valve and the trailer tilts like normal. However, when I go to close the hydraulic valve (little lever on the side of the trailer) the lever/switch won't close quite all the way. Did I break something? Any suggestions?
