I was watching some tig welding videos this weekend and decided I was going to give it a try the next time I had a chance. I have a ESAB 161 that has a lift start tig setting and have always wanted to see how well it works. I have a tig torch I came across a few years ago but never hooked it up until today. When I did today I found that the torch I have had the wrong end. Torch has a Dinse 35 (1/2") and the machine requires a Dinse 25 (3/8") connector.

I did some searching and found the adapter I need but I have not been able to locate one here in the United States. Here is the adapter I am needing. I do not need it to allow gas through the fitting.

Anybody have an idea where I might find one of these in the states?

Roadhunter, you may have a hard time finding that configuration.
I would just purchase a large female Dinse and a small male Dinse. Attach each to an end of a short length of cable.

Terry,
I hadn't thought of that. I appreciate the help.

You can easily swap out the dinse plug from your 50mm to the smaller 25mm. Easy to change. There are only 2 sizes. E-bay has good deals on dinse look a likes and they work fine. Any welding supply has them as well for more $$.
