Tig project

A little tig project from a couple years ago. Figured I needed to upgrade my fish finder, so did some research on rov units. Commercially made ones were way out of my realm, so I built one. Has three thrusters, two cameras and 100 ft tether. One cam is a go pro knock-off, the other is a live feed to a monitor. Kinda just for chits and giggles.

Interesting looking submarine.. What is de chimney in front de handle for?
Reminds me of camera used to get pulled thru sewers back in 70s, used 8mm movie film back den.

Hadn't considered dat axis. Mind jumped to camera having pan & tilt.

Fellow on another site built a similar robot to drop into grain bins so farmers can stay out and live long. He has 2 augur screws like 1930s Fordson muskeg system dat move machine and kick grain around.
