3-Point Hitch Three piont lift problem

I have a Bobcat CT 440 that lifted an implement and is stuck in that position. Does anyone know what remedies can be done? Also the linkage is still connected it seems to be eternal.

did you check the drop rate valve below the front of the seat. sometimes they accidently get turned by your foot or leg, and closed off. turn it and see.
