You know how people ask you if you could talk to anyone in the past you wanted to, who would it be?
I came across this man by accident and from the get go, I had to do more digging on the guy because for a lifelong steamfitter, he seemed remarkable (when I read the Times article on the guy, he was fined $100, not $1,000).
The past can be hard finding accurate information, even with the internet, but this guy seemed remarkable, given the fact that he lied at age 15 to join the Marines to fight in WW2 and learned to fly a plane...
Not certain about the accuracy of his complete life story, but seemed like a very interesting fellow...

I'm sorry, if he did was was actually written of him, I could never see another human being doing the same thing. Not once mind you, but twice.
Getting into an argument at a bar with people saying they don't believe you, and you do it again to break the law to prove it? LOL
