The WICKED Root & Debris GRAPPLE!!!!!!!

I have a 60" single lid. Works great on the L4330. Think I'm going to paint the outside tines safety yellow. It will be easier to see, and keep track of when manuvering in tight areas.

Not sure there is really a problem here that needs a solution. I have a 48 so six inches narrower on each side but I have never lost track of where the bottom outside tines were when using it. I just cannot envision the safety orange paint doing much. I can also tell you that my grapple came with a number of safety reflector tapes and that they were all scraped off within a week or so.

I looked at a Titan as I'm near the factory. It's well made, but the Wicked grapple from EA is a cut above. I have a background in fabrication an the Titan is like something I would have made myself, the EA is more rugged and the precision in assembly is impressive.

I'll second the comments above. The Titan is a serviceable unit, but if you can swing it the EA is worth it.

So are Titans made in the US or floated ashore?

Here's my 60" helping move some decent size cedar stumps we're digging up...

I'm not actually sure... they make some things in the Decatur TN facility. But it is also clear that they are importing some items. I didn't specifically ask so I can't say for certain. Sorry.

How about some green "blood" dripping off the grapple tips (for orange tractor owners) and orange blood for green tractor owners? Don't worry, I'm just trying to start a tractor color war.

Hey Travis,
We're purchasing an MX5100 HST 4x4 in the near future, and are looking at attachments for it. It will be fully ballasted out, filled tires, good box blade, etc.
My question is, would you recommend the standard compact grapple, or the mega compact/utility duty grapple? (Probably looking in the 55" - 60", single lid variety)
Our ground is fairly rocky, and I'd probably end up pushing some trees out with it, if that makes any difference.
Thanks!
-Luke
