I'm 73 and I have never had one and as far as I am concerned, I never will.

Polyps can be removed early and can prevent colon cancer. With cancer, sometimes they have to remove your colon so you then wear a colostomy bag. Not fun......

If your doctor isn't using the Dulcalax/Miralax prep system, they are behind the times. Get one that does.

This is the latest prep system, and clean out is not a big deal this way. Believe me, I've had them all.
