You can also use the magnets out of old hard drives. Just remember, these magnets are dangerous. You want to keep your fingers out of the way when you get near iron, they have so much force that they'll clamp down and remove meat. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Forgot to add, my buddy started using them for setup when welding! After I showed him some large magnets, he took them out to the layout table and if you keep the heat away from them, they'll hold pieces together temporarily, no clamps! He took a couple of larger square ones (search ebay, rare earth magnet) and dipped them in that plastic tool handle stuff because the were getting chipped up. They're pretty brittle. Handy dandy gadgets for sure. Keep 'em away from your wallet and watch!
