With about 4 months of asking different questions on this board I finally took delivery on a new (to me) YM1810 with a 4ft brush cutter and tiller. I've used it for about a week, and coulndt be happier. Thanks again!

What PTO gear should I be using for the 4ft cutter, 1,2, or 3. This is for normal lawn, pasture use. The reason I ask is the PTO seems a little loud when spinning.

Nice looking tractor. I also have an 1810, Nice to see more folks getting these. I was a little worried 2 years ago when I got mine. There wasnt many folks with 1810s on any of the yanmar fourms.
