I weighed my needs, weighed my options, read over other folk's advice and bought a tractor. Thank you to all who took the time to give me a piece of your opinion.

In the end, though, my frugal nature won out. I bought a year-old Mahindra 4025 2WD with less than 30 hours on it. It looks like it just came off the lot. I paid $9K out the door. When I get through selling the old Long, I'll have $7K or less in the Mahindra.

Again, thank you all, I've learned a lot.
