Somehow during yesterday's Nor'Easter, I managed to bend, really bend the fan on the blower. So now I need to get it out to repair/replace. I am sure this is going to not be fun, but I will need something to do in case it rains and they postpone the eagles game so they don't get wet.

1993 G1800 with 300 hours. Parents never used it!

i use to fix the blowers at work if we could cut off the blade we would copy one weld it back in----- to balance it you need to let it run free then you see if the new blade goes to the bottom when you spin it --if it dose you cut a pic off and you keep doing this if you have to you weld weight to the opposite side till it stops at different spot each time then you know it is balanced  PS ---use armor plate and nutting less then 7018 welding rod

I hope there is a better way. If I can remove it I can bend and balance it.
