Texas trailer regulations???

Ok, I have a class A CDL. IF your under 26K you do NOT need a cdl in the state of TX. IF your 26.1k Then you need a class A cdl. If your company has a truck (in the company name) and you hook up a tralor to it than you have to have a class a cdl. If your doing only farm work, to and from farm or farm related place then you can get by with farm tags just dont get caught hauling something else like 4wheelers to the mud pit.

No you don't. It also doesn't matter if it is company truck or not.
