Testing New Pallet Fork

The Tractor is a John Deere 790 with 70 series FEL. The Pallet Fork
is Woods small Model 20A...

Think the loader was near it's limit as it was slower then usual picking it up...

Think the 530 lb chipper help keep the back end on the ground
as I moved the tree about 500 feet...

Whoa! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif I did a double take when I looked at the picture. Looks like you balanced the load and literally picked up the whole tree. I would agree that the loader was close to being limited out...

How many "try's" did it take to balance that tree?

ON this particular tree I was lucky, had it balance on the second try... But there have been other trees since that have taken several tries.

Don't know how I've gotten along all these years without pallet forks. You can pick up a multitude of thing you'd never even dream of doing with the loader bucket...

One of the things to watch when buying are the forks.
hollow or solid.. I found several cheaper brands but
they used hollow forks..
