Traction Terramite T5C differential lock?

Hi everyone, Jim up here on Kodiak having an issue with a Terramite T5C locking differential. It seems to want to lock, yet one wheel will spin while the other tries to turn. This was purchased at auction and has 1200 hours on it. I like the machine a lot, very bush friendly and powerful for its' size. This is a Dana 44 tagged as being a locking unit. Sure wish that trac lock would work- anybody got any ideas??? View attachment 377802
