the only way that you can get it to move at all is to push the pedal all the way at low RPM. If you barely press the pedal then it won't do anything.

I haven't pulled it apart yet but I'll check that stuff before taking it apart. Thanks for the help

oh. and the attachments are VERY strong. It has to be getting good flow to the pump for those to be working so well, right?

If by attachments you mean the front loader and the backhoe, they're powered by the gear pump at the end of the stack. mine has its own intake so it's independent from the variable pump.
