In CA, there is a chain called OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware) {HERE}. It is "sorta" like TSC, but not quite. When we lived in central valley we went to one frequently. They are more like a HD or Lowes with an emphasis on garden tools and supplies. They did not have the hard core farm stuff and tractor hardware, etc likeTSC.
