tc45d will not turn over

tc45d was running fine-stopped to repair mower now will not start-traced wires as best I can (inexperience)-
have power on white wire to operators safety modulebut nothing on other side blk or brown could this be the culprit ? or ?-starter will not turn over help need to move tractor -thanks

Is trans in neutral & pto lever in off position? Have you checked ALL FOUR battery cable connections for cleanliness & tightness???? Have you checked battery voltage?

trans is in neutral & pto lever is in off position -I have checked cables at battery & cleaned (2)--are the other two youare referring to at start-I will check those now-thanks for response-

Any luck--
I have on occasion had my nuetral safety switch connection come unplugged. Had a no start. The connection was on the left side just under the step.

No luck so far-getting pretty frustrated ( I temporarily jumped nutral safety swich as a test) -I believe that lets power to safety module (?) &
from there if module is working to starter-but I don't really know-any other ideas-i.e could it be ignition switch? (how to test ? ) -or?
